To ensure fair participation, you must provide evidence that you used the tool(s) specified in this competition.

1. Original Work: Your submission must be your own original creation. Plagiarism, unauthorized content, or using others’ work without consent will result in disqualification.
2. Tool Usage Requirement: You are required to use the specified AI tool(s) in the competition and provide proof of usage through screenshots, public links, or a description.
3. Ownership & Usage Rights: Upon submission, you grant McCarthy’s Game and its partners a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, modify, distribute, and republish your submission for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, educational use, editorial features, and third-party publications.
You acknowledge that you waive all exclusive rights or claims to your submission, and it may be showcased, reused, or repurposed by McCarthy’s Game or the competition sponsor.
4. Platform Commission on Rewards: A 20% commission will be deducted from the final prize payout to cover platform, processing, and hosting fees. This deduction is standard and non-negotiable.
5. Single Entry Policy: Only one submission is allowed per user, unless otherwise stated in the competition details. Attempts to submit multiple entries may lead to disqualification.
6. Submission Finality: Once the competition deadline has reached, the last entry will be used as the final submission. After the deadline entries cannot be edited or withdrawn unless explicitly allowed by the competition host.
7. Disqualification Rights: McCarthy’s Game reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any submission that violates platform policies, is found to be fraudulent, or is deemed inappropriate.
8. Community Conduct: All participants are expected to engage respectfully. Harassment, spam, or abuse in the review/comment sections or in the submission content will result in account suspension.
