AI 101 gives everyone the basics in 60 minutes. Then each role gets a 90-minute class on its own tasks and leaves with a working skill or scheduled task.

We train people on the work they do every week, such as quotes and reports, in the tools they already use, so what they practise carries straight back to their desks. Training goes further when leaders back it. In Anders Humlum and Emilie Vestergaard's study of about 25,000 Danish workers, 93% had used AI chatbots at work where employers encouraged use, supplied a tool and trained staff, against about 41% where employers took no steps.
In Microsoft and LinkedIn's 2024 survey, only 39% of AI users had received AI training from their company. The rest learned without help, often on personal accounts.
A general session shows the tool working on sample documents. When people try it on their own work and get a weak result, they go back to the old way.
In a trial Microsoft ran across 66 firms, weekly use of its AI assistant fell from a peak of 55% of licensed staff to just under 40% by week 12.
Training is the third of the four steps we follow with every client. Sessions run on site or live online.
We start from the workflows we built, or from two or three tasks each team repeats every week, such as the Monday report or meeting notes.
A 60-minute session for the whole team on the basics, including how to check what AI writes and which client information never goes into a prompt.
A 90-minute class per role, built on that team's own tasks, in the tools each person uses every day. Every class ends with a working skill or scheduled task.
Each workflow gets an owner on your team who knows how it works and keeps it current, so the habit carries on after we leave the room.
Thirty days after launch we see who is using each workflow and compare hours saved with the audit's baseline, then fix whatever is getting in the way.
How it works
Building is about a third of the work. The rest is finding the right problem first and getting people to use what we build, so every client gets the same four steps.
Audit to trained team in 6 to 8 weeks
Before step 1: a free 30-minute call
You run one of our prompts in your own AI tool and see what it finds in your business. No financials or client names needed.
01 · Audit
A short questionnaire for leadership, then 30 to 45 minute one-on-ones with leaders and the people doing the work. We review your tools, data and AI spend.
You get
Ranked opportunities with the hours and dollars each one saves, a data and settings check, and a 90-day plan. We walk leadership through it in a one-hour call.
Time: 2 weeks

02 · Build
We connect your existing tools to an AI agent and build skills, scheduled reports and agents that draft work for a person to approve. The smallest high-value item ships first.
You get
Working workflows in your own accounts, with written docs.
Time: 3 to 4 weeks

03 · Train
AI 101 for the whole team, then role sessions on the workflows we built, in the tools each person uses every day. Each workflow gets a named owner.
You get
Every person set up and able to run their workflows.
Time: 1 week

04 · Support
A 30-day adoption check-in, where we compare hours saved with the baseline from the audit. A monthly retainer covers fixes, updates as tools change and light new work.
You get
A usage review, fixes and your next priorities.
Time: Ongoing

Some staff use AI every day and others haven't started. AI 101 puts everyone on the same footing, and Course 102 is built around each role's own work.
Gallup finds employees are 1.7 times as likely to use AI a few times a week or more when they strongly agree their manager actively supports it. AI 101 is for the whole team, leaders included.
Law firms and healthcare teams learn which information stays out of AI tools and how to check a draft before a client sees it.
Still deciding? On a free 30-minute call we'll tell you what fits.
No. AI 101 starts from the basics, and Course 102 is built on each role's own tasks, so it suits daily users and people who've never opened an AI tool.
Either. We run sessions at your office or live online, for teams in the U.S., Canada and the U.K.
The ones your team already pays for, such as Microsoft 365, Google Drive, HubSpot or Slack, along with your company's AI accounts. People practise in the tools they'll open the next morning.
AI 101 and Course 102 are quoted per team. Training for each person is also part of the audit, build and train package, which starts at $7,500 USD.
We check adoption 30 days after launch and compare hours saved with the audit's baseline. Where use has dropped, we find out why and fix it.

In a Danish study of about 25,000 workers, more people used AI chatbots where employers trained them than where employers only supplied a tool. Encouragement went further than either, and all three together went furthest.

Staff are learning AI on their own, often on personal accounts, while small firms train least. Studies of AI mistakes show what a training program should cover.

Use of paid AI seats peaks soon after launch, then settles lower. In a large Copilot trial, a worker's employer predicted their use better than their own work habits did.

On a free 30-minute call we'll ask which tasks each team repeats every week and suggest where training should start.
