We tried AI tools before and weren't impressed. Why would this be different?
The tools changed a lot this year. On the free call, you run one of our prompts in your own AI tool and see what it finds in your business in about five minutes.
Will our people think they're being replaced?
The goal is more output from the team you have, so you can hold off on the next hire. Every workflow gets a named owner on your team, and we train that person to run it.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. It runs in your accounts, with written docs, and every workflow has a named owner on your team. After launch, a monthly support retainer covers fixes and updates as tools change.
What does it cost?
Work starts with a two-week audit at $1,500 USD, credited toward your build if you go ahead. Audit, build and train packages start from $7,500, and support after launch is $2,000 to $3,000 a month. You also pay your own AI seats and usage, which we estimate up front.
How do we know it's working?
Every build is priced against the hours it saves. We record a baseline during the audit, then check adoption and hours saved 30 days after launch.
Can we put client data into AI?
We start with the right AI plan and settings, and we only use data you approve. Some firms need private hosting, and we'll tell you if you're one of them.
Which AI tools do you use?
An AI agent we set up on a leading model, connected to the tools you already pay for, such as your drives, CRM and email. We pick the right model for each task and check usage costs after the first month.
Why not just buy a course?
A course teaches AI in general. We build your workflows first, then train each person on the ones they'll run every day.
What does training look like?
AI 101 is a 60-minute session on the basics for the whole team. Each role then gets a 90-minute class in the tools they use every day, ending with a working skill or scheduled task.
What is a data partnership?
Your business gets paid for a de-identified record of how it works, which our data partners license to frontier labs and businesses that train AI agents. We represent you on consent, scope and the terms.
Is our client data part of a data partnership?
No. The labs want to see the steps your team takes to get work done. Client names, contact details and other personal information come out of the copy, and you can leave whole systems out of the scope.
Do we give up our records?
No. Your originals and systems stay with you. Only a de-identified copy is licensed, and you approve which systems and date ranges it covers.
Can I earn money by introducing a business?
Yes. If a business you introduce completes a data licensing deal through McCarthy's, you earn $20K. It's paid only after that deal has closed and the business has been paid.
