Offer AI Services Under Your Own Brand

You sell AI audits, builds and training to your own clients, and we deliver the work in the background under your name.

A Partner Program for Firms Without an AI Team

Your clients already trust you with their marketing or IT, and some of them now want help with AI. Through our partner program you can offer them the same services we sell directly, at partner rates and with your name on everything the client sees. Behind the scenes we follow the four steps we use with every client, and each build runs in your client's own accounts.

Your Clients Are Asking About AI

  1. 01

    Clients want answers now

Clients ask what AI could do for their business. If you can't help, they find a firm that can, and that firm may pitch for the rest of your work.

  2. 02

Hiring an AI team is slow

Builders and trainers take months to hire, and client demand may not be steady enough to keep them busy.

  3. 03

Licences need the work around them

Clients who buy AI seats through you still need someone to connect them to their tools and teach their staff to use them.

How the Partnership Works

Your client deals with your firm from the first call to the last report.

  1. 1

    Agree the terms

We sign a partner agreement that sets partner rates, branding, confidentiality and who speaks to the client.

  2. 2

    Put your brand on it

Audit reports and training slides carry your name and logo, so everything the client receives comes from your firm.

  3. 3

    Sell and scope the work

You own the client relationship and set the price. We join the scoping call as part of your team and confirm what the work involves.

  4. 4

    We deliver the four steps

Audit, build, train and support run as they do for our own clients, inside your client's accounts and with a named owner on their team.

  5. 5

    You stay the client's contact

We report to you weekly, and you decide what reaches the client. After launch, support carries on under your name for as long as the client keeps it.

What Partners Get

  • Partner rates, so you set your own margin
  • Audit reports and training materials under your brand
  • Builds that run in your client's accounts and belong to your client
  • AI 101 and Course 102 for your client's staff, on site or live online
  • A written partner agreement that protects your client relationships
  • Progress reports to you weekly, written so you can pass them on
  • Support retainers billed through you at partner rates

Who the Program Is For

Marketing and digital agencies

Your clients ask what AI could do for their sales. You can offer a win-back workflow or proposal drafts under your own name.

Consultancies

You advise on strategy or operations, and clients want the AI work done as well. We deliver the audit and the builds as part of your engagement.

IT and managed service providers

You already look after your clients' Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Adding AI work to your services means they can call you for that too.

Firms that want to try it first

We can audit and build for your own firm first, so your team has used the work before it sells it.

Common Questions

Still deciding? On a free 30-minute call we'll tell you what fits.

  • Will our clients know you're involved?

Only if you tell them. Reports and training materials carry your brand, and the partner agreement sets how our staff introduce themselves on client calls.

  • Who owns the client relationship?

You do. The client signs with you and pays you, and our partner agreement protects that relationship after the work ends.

  • What do we pay?

You buy at partner rates and set your own price to the client, so the margin is yours. Clients still pay their own AI seats and usage.

  • Do we need technical staff?

No, we do the technical work. If it helps, your own staff can take AI 101 first, so they can describe the work to clients with confidence.

  • Can we start with one client?

Yes. You can begin with a single audit for one client, and partner rates apply from the first engagement, with no minimum number of clients.

Training beats tools for AI adoption

In a Danish study of about 25,000 workers, more people used AI chatbots where employers trained them than where employers only supplied a tool. Encouragement went further than either, and all three together went furthest.
